Hello I sent through a email on the 26/12/2024 in regards to one of your products that I have received.
Please see below what I said in the email.

I love both products they are beautiful but unfortunately when I was wearing my earrings for the first time the greenstone fell off the earring hook as it had opened and the greenstone fell and the top of it chipped. Please see photos (in the email I sent previously).

I am quite upset as I spent a bit of money on these and they didn’t last one wear, I really love them but I don’t feel like I can wear them out without a stronger ring and ear hook I would appreciate if you could help me out with a replacement pair with better clasps or a refund.
