Beyond Expectation

I was very nervouse to send my Pounamu. I asked for the designed to be changed. I need it to be adjustable as I kept breaking it from pulling it over my head. This one done and the lovely team used the back of my original pounamu necklace (small pounamu peice) that was not needed anymore and made a small necklace. My Son now wear this and is so special to us! Thank you so Pacific Shack! You made mine and my sons week!

Fantastic job

I am so happy with my greenstone pendant restrings. I sent 4 to Richelle and they came back very quickly. She did a fantastic job. I was worried they may not look as good as the original strings but they look far better and the cord she uses is a perfect weight. Thank you Richelle, i am very happy with them.
