I'm so impressed by the quality of the stone and service. My daughter absolutely loved it and it was her favourite gift. I needed it sent express though somehow In my hast didn't opt for express shipping. Pacific Shack knew I needed it asap and sent it express post and payed the difference in shipping themselves.
